Terms of Service

By using HolaFix, you agree to these terms. HolaFix is a community-driven platform for sharing recommendations about tradespeople in Spain. We are an intermediary under LSSI-CE art. 16 and do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content.

Full terms in Spanish (legally authoritative), English, and Norwegian will be available before public launch.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need: your Facebook login identity, the recommendations you write, and anonymous analytics. We store data in Azure North Europe (Ireland) under Microsoft's DPA. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Takedown / Removal Request

If you are a tradesperson listed on HolaFix and want your profile removed, or if you believe a recommendation is false or defamatory, you can submit a removal request. We acknowledge within 24 hours and decide within 72 hours.

Cookie Policy

We use Plausible Analytics (cookieless, no personal data collected). We use a geo-preference cookie to remember your selected area. Authentication cookies are set by Facebook SSO. No third-party tracking cookies.
