Terms of Service

By using HolaFix, you agree to these terms. HolaFix is a community-driven platform for sharing recommendations about local services and tradespeople in Spain. We are an intermediary under LSSI-CE art. 16 and do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content.

You may only list businesses and self-employed professionals, under the name they trade under. Do not list private individuals. You are responsible for what you post, and we remove any listing on request.

Condiciones de uso. Al usar HolaFix aceptas estas condiciones. HolaFix es una plataforma comunitaria para compartir recomendaciones sobre servicios locales y profesionales en España. Somos un intermediario según el art. 16 de la LSSI-CE y no verificamos la exactitud del contenido que publican los usuarios.

Solo puedes añadir negocios y profesionales autónomos, con el nombre con el que trabajan. No añadas a particulares. Eres responsable de lo que publicas, y retiramos cualquier ficha si se nos pide.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need: your e-mail address (you log in with a one-time code), the recommendations you write, which languages you speak (only if you tell us), and, only if you allow it, Google Analytics statistics (see the cookie policy below). We store data in Azure North Europe (Ireland) under Microsoft's DPA. You can export or delete your data at any time.

The text of a recommendation and what was tapped as good are public, while the business's name, contact details and website, and who wrote the recommendation, are shown to logged-in members only.

Qué es público. El texto de una recomendación y lo que se marcó como bueno son públicos; el nombre del negocio, sus datos de contacto y su web, y quién escribió la recomendación, solo los ven los miembros registrados.

A customer who used your services recommended you here. We store your business name, trade or service, area, languages, and the phone or WhatsApp number and website they gave us. Only logged-in members see your name, number and website. Our basis is legitimate interest in the work contact details of businesses and self-employed people (GDPR art. 6(1)(f), LOPDGDD art. 19). You can remove yourself at any time with the link in the WhatsApp message, or through our contact form. No reason needed. Controller: EPAK Vibes.

Si apareces en HolaFix. Un cliente que te contrató te ha recomendado aquí. Guardamos el nombre de tu negocio, oficio o servicio, zona, idiomas, y el número de teléfono o WhatsApp y la web que nos dio. Solo los miembros registrados ven tu nombre, tu número y tu web. Nos basamos en el interés legítimo en los datos de contacto profesional de las empresas y los autónomos (art. 6.1.f RGPD, art. 19 LOPDGDD). Puedes darte de baja en cualquier momento con el enlace del mensaje de WhatsApp o a través de nuestro formulario de contacto, sin necesidad de dar motivos. Responsable: EPAK Vibes.

Takedown / Removal Request

If your business is listed on HolaFix and you want the profile removed, or if you believe a recommendation is false or defamatory, you can submit a removal request. We acknowledge within 24 hours and decide within 72 hours.

Cookie Policy

English

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you consent in the cookie banner. Before that, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics set to “denied”: the Google tag loads but sets no cookies, and Google receives at most basic signals without cookies. If you choose “Analytics only” or “Accept all”, Google Analytics sets its _ga cookies (up to 2 years). HolaFix shows no ads.

Our own cookies: gdpr_consent (your choice, 12 months), NEXT_LOCALE and HOLAFIX_LOCALE_DETECTED (language, up to 12 months), hf_otp (the login code, 10 minutes), session cookies while you are logged in, and ARRAffinity (our host, Microsoft Azure, uses it to keep you on the same server). To change your choice, delete the cookies for holafix.es and the banner asks again.

Hasta entonces, el modo de consentimiento de Google lo mantiene en «denegado»: la etiqueta de Google se carga, pero no instala cookies, y Google recibe como mucho señales básicas sin cookies. Si eliges «Solo analítica» o «Aceptar todo», Google Analytics instala sus cookies _ga (hasta 2 años). HolaFix no muestra anuncios.

Place names: INE, Nomenclátor 2025 (population units), CC BY 4.0. We match them to their town with INE’s list of municipality codes. Changes: normal capitalization, the article moved to the front (“La Manga del Mar Menor”, not “MANGA DEL MAR MENOR (LA)”), and units named like their town left out.

Nombres de lugares: INE, Nomenclátor 2025 (entidades de población), CC BY 4.0. Los asignamos a su municipio con la relación de códigos de municipios del INE. Cambios: mayúsculas normales, el artículo delante («La Manga del Mar Menor», no «MANGA DEL MAR MENOR (LA)») y sin las entidades que se llaman como su municipio.
